Elan Group awards ₹1100 crore contract to Leighton Asia for luxury development on Dwarka Expressway Gurgaon

Delhi NCR-based real estate firm Elan Group has awarded a construction contract worth ₹1,100 crore to Leighton Asia, part of the Australian CIMIC Group, to deliver an ultra-luxury residential project.

The project, known as Elan The Emperor in Sector 106, Dwarka Expressway, Gurgaon, involves the construction of 10 towers, each approximately 145 meters tall, across a built-up area of around 490,000 square metres. The project is part of Elan Group's 50-acre integrated township, which includes Elan Presidential, a high-end mall, a 5-star hotel, and office spaces.

The scope of work for this IGBC LEED Gold-targeted development includes civil and structural works and the management of subcontractors. Construction is set to commence in September 2025 and be completed in 2030.
